Once you've successfully completed a program with Userve you'll receive an email with your certificate attached. For most programs you'll receive this certificate within minutes of completion.

You'll then be able to download and print your certificate at home. Make sure you keep both your digital and printed certificates in a safe place.

Some states and counties require you to submit your Userve certificate to them in order to get a state-issued card or permit. You can learn more about specific program requirements and certificates on the individual program pages.
