Don't worry, if you've lost your certificate then our support team will help you replace it. If Userve issued the original certificate then we are happy to send you a copy via email.

However, depending on the type of course you completed you may also need to contact your local state or county government department in order to retrieve a copy of your state-issued card or permit. Please be aware that they may also charge a fee.
