If you're reading this, you probably have everything you need to get started with your Userve training course.
All of our training courses and programs are delivered online with 24/7 access so you'll need access to an internet-enabled device — like a computer, laptop, tablet or mobile device.
You'll also need:
A modern web browser
We use some of the latest e-learning technologies to deliver our courses. You will need to have a modern web browser to view and complete the training course and it's important that you have Javascript enabled.
A unique email address
During the registration process, you'll be asked to supply an email address. This is a mandatory requirement for you to be able to access our systems. Email addresses cannot be shared between students.
Adobe PDF Reader or Adobe Acrobat
As part of our courses, you are provided with access to various resources (e.g. Student Handbook, glossary). You'll need to have a PDF reader installed on your computer to access these. You can download one for free by visiting the Adobe website to install the latest version of Adobe PDF Reader.
