The Userve Food Protection Manager Certification Exam is designed to assess your knowledge of food safety as specified in the latest version of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Food Code and in accordance with the criteria and standards established through the Conference for Food Protection (CFP).
Individuals who pass the exam have demonstrated the required level of competency and are awarded certification. You must pass the Food Protection Manager Certification Exam every 5 years (or within the time frame specified by state regulations) to maintain certification as a food protection manager.
Userve Food Protection Manager Certification identifies to regulators, employers and the public that you are committed to food safety and have demonstrated the minimum knowledge required to keep food safe and protect the public from foodborne illness.
