We understand that not everyone learns the same way and that some people may have special requirements when completing online training.

Userve courses are designed to accommodate for as many requirements as possible. The course materials are delivered via interactive lessons, via audio and also via downloadable course notes. We’ve done this to try and make the course accessible for learners with disabilities, or with language or literacy needs.

Once enrolled into a course, all learners are also able to get 1-on-1 support from our Student Support Team via email or telephone. Our team is available Monday to Friday 8:30am to 8:30pm EST.
