As of July 1 2022, all alcohol servers in California must undergo mandatory Responsible Beverage Service training.

Userve has been accredited by the California Department of Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) to deliver this training online in English and Spanish. We have successfully trained tens of thousands of alcohol servers since the new legislation was passed.

The purpose of the training is to arm alcohol servers with the skills and knowledge they need to safely serve alcoholic beverages and, by extension, reduce harm caused by alcohol in local communities.
