The majority of alcohol servers who complete their RBS Certification training with Userve will pass their exam successfully. We offer self-paced learning, unlimited practice quizzes, 1-on-1 support, and both interactive and downloadable study materials to help you achieve success.

If you do happen to fail the RBS state exam on your first attempt do not be concerned as you have a total of three attempts to pass the exam.

If you fail the exam after your third and final attempt then you will need to begin the process again and re-enroll into the RBS Training Program. You will then be given a further three attempts.
